    Description

Ridgid Miter Saw Handle Upper and Lower for MS1290LZ1 and MS1290LZA
    830037 (lower) and 830039 (upper)
This is a 3d redesigned and 3d printed solution for broken Ridgid Miter Saw Handle Upper and Lower for MS1290LZ1 - 830037 (lower) and 830039 (upper). The only difference is that the handle has been redesigned internally to be exceptionally stronger than the original handle that was prone to breaking and cracking under minor stress. Note this only the plastic handle housing and does not include any of the other internal components such as the switch or springs. Some of the images above show only 3 bolts to join the two handles but I've since revised the design to include 4 as shown in other images above. These handles use an M4 nut and bolt to secure the two halves together and you will need a metric Allen / Hex bit to assemble.
3d printing is an additive manufacturing technology that in this case uses PETG filament (stronger and higher degree of durability and resistance to outside conditions) but instead of injection molding, 3d printing offers a stronger internal structure since this handle specifically is made up of over 400 layers of alternating infilled patterns made of honeycomb shape.
I am usually able to ship same day but I have a few days for handling on here in case I run a little behind and have to print more. Please note that as this is 3d printed these handles take about 18hrs to print and I do my best to clean support material and minor defects so please be patient with me if I miss any defects and I'll do my best to help you with any issues if they arise.  So far over 200 happy customers with new 3d printed handles on their miter saws!
