    Description

Precision CNC machined nylon string nut sized to fit Gibson® 1950's vintage and historic reissue Les Paul® model guitars.
Made from high quality Ensinger Tecamid Nylon 6/6.
Slightly oversized to accommodate fitting (required) to the individual guitar. String spacing is modern compensated with equal space between string edges.
The slots are precisely cut for a 12" radius fretboard and 17 degree headstock.
Nylon is difficult and time consuming to cut and shape especially when starting from an oversized rectangular blank, these nuts will provide accurate string slots and save time.
The vintage 1 29/64" string spread is a bit wide for historic reissue guitars with stock frets and binding nibs.
Outside edge to edge of the strings for .010-.046" set would be approx. 1 31/64".
Please measure to make sure this will work for you.
    Vintage Tall Model:
String Spread: 1 29/64" similar to the 50's molded nylon nuts
Fits 1 11/16" nut width necks
    Size:
    1.707" W x .188" D approx.
    Slotted for .010-.046" gauge strings
VINTAGE SPECS MEANS 50'S AND EARLY 60'S.   IF YOUR GUITAR IS OF LATER MANUFACTURE, IT MAY NOT HAVE THE SAME SPECS.  PLEASE TAKE A RULER OR CALIPERS AND CHECK TO MAKE SURE THE STRING SPREAD IS COMPATIBLE WITH YOUR GUITAR.  IF IT IS TOO WIDE THE HISTORIC MODEL MAY BE A BETTER MATCH.
